Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the use of this website. When we work together on a project, a short written agreement (WhatsApp or email confirmation is fine) will define the specific scope, price and timeline — those project terms take priority over anything general written here.
1. About this website
This site is operated by Divyaraj Kush (sole proprietorship, trading as “Business”), Buxar, Bihar, India. The content describes our services for local businesses: websites, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO and advertising.
2. No guarantees of rankings or results
SEO and local search depend on Google’s algorithm, competition and your business — not on us alone. We do not guarantee #1 rankings, a specific number of calls, leads or sales. Anyone who guarantees such results is not being honest. We guarantee professional work, clear communication and the timelines we agree on.
3. Timelines
A typical website goes live within about a week of receiving content and approval. Local SEO is a longer game — a realistic run is 60–90 days for meaningful movement. These are estimates, not promises of a specific rank by a specific date.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on the site are starting prices. The final quote comes after the free audit. Ad spend (Google/Meta) is billed separately from our fees. Payment terms — advance, milestones or monthly — are confirmed in writing before work starts.
UPI is the usual payment method for local clients. If you need a GST invoice for your accounts, we can issue it through our registered partner firm, Singh Production — please mention this before billing so we can set it up correctly.
5. Communication
We work primarily over WhatsApp, phone and email. Messages sent outside working hours are answered the next working day. Project requests confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/email) are treated as approved instructions.
6. Intellectual property
The design, copy and code of this website belong to us. Once a project is fully paid for, you own the deliverables built for you (website, creatives, etc.). We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform outages (Google, Meta, hosting), or results influenced by changes we did not control.
8. Third-party services
Some work relies on third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers). Their own terms apply to those platforms, and their policies may change independently of us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Buxar, Bihar.
